TunerWorldStreet was founded in April 2005 and officially opened for business in January 2006. We are an e-commerce company that caters to the automotive aftermarket and restyling industry. Our goal was to create a web catalog system where we could offer a selection of accessories, body kits, lighting upgrades, and vehicle performance upgrades possible for our local area.  Please check back with us often as we continue to add more products and website features for our customers.

 

Shipping

-“Free Shipping” on local orders. We will ship within the lower 48 states and Free Shipping will apply to most products unless otherwise stated.

-All products such as body kit bumpers, hoods, fenders, spoilers, ect qualify for free shipping offer.

-All Cancelled order will be Charged 35% Restocking Fee

-Shipping & Handling fees are non-refundable, NO EXCEPTION. Buyer is responsible for shipping back for exchange.

-Due to the large size package, we can not ship bumpers via UPS, Fed EX or USPS.

Shipping Policy/Damaged Shipments: All shipments are sent with FULL insurance coverage. TUNERWORLDSTREET and its manufacturer ships all orders in perfect condition and is not responsible for any damages that may occur during transit. Please inspect the contents of your order BEFORE signing the delivery receipt. Any damages should be noted by the driver on your copy of the delivery receipt. In a case where item are damaged or lost during transit, we will help you make an insurance claim with the shipping carrier to recover damaged or loss of shipments. If you refuse delivery shipment for any reason, refused shipments will be subject to additional shipping charges before replacement items are sent.

Q1. Is the item in stock?

A: Yes the items are in stock.

Q2. Do I have to pay upfront?

A: Yes you will have to pay upfront.

Q3. Are there any warranty’s/guarantees on the item?

A: All products come with a limited manufacturer’s warranty. The warranty covers shipping damages and customer satisfaction. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and all products must be inspected prior to signing for a shipment. Failure to note damage prior to signing acceptance of a shipment may void your warranty. If the product has been altered in any way, the warranty is voided.

Q4. Is it guarantee to fit my car?

A: Yes

Q5. Does it have predrilled holes or do i have to drill holes?

A: No you will have to drill holes cause all cars are different and its possible that the car has had previous work or damage and may have been moved or redrilled.

Q6. Do i have to ask for the aluminum mesh grill?

A: No you will get the aluminum mesh if the kit is applicable.

Q7. Will i have to cut/trim the body kit to make it fit?

A: You should not have to cut/trim but its possible as stated in question Q5 about any previous body work or damage.

Q8. How long will it take for the item for me to receive the item?

A: All in-stock orders ship from our manufacturer distribution center within 2 business days. From that point you should expect an additional 3-5 business days for delivery, but remember with holiday seasons there could be delays.
